Sou formada em arquitetura e urbanismo pela FAU-USP (2005-2010) e desde 2008 trabalho com design gráfico. Em 2011 fundei meu próprio estúdio com dois amigos de faculdade (Lívia Ito e Roberto Guedes), onde trabalho e coordeno todos os projetos atualmente.
ABOUT
I graduated in architecture and urbanism from FAU-USP (2005-2010) and have been working in graphic design since 2008. In 2011, I founded my own studio with two college friends, Lívia Ito and Roberto Guedes, where I currently work and oversee all projects.
INTERESSES
Paralelamente aos trabalhos de design gráfico e ilustração, tenho grande interesse por práticas relacionadas ao bem estar físico e mental. Sou praticante de Yoga há 10 anos e nos últimos seis anos me aprofundo em práticas meditativas.
. Sou replicadora pelo curso “Meditação e Redução de Estresse”, realizada pelo professor Mario Reinert;
. Tenho formação de professora pelo curso “100 horas de Mindfulness”, liderado pelo professor budista sênior, David Nichtern, em conjunto com a Tibet House US e Dharma Moon.
. Conclui 15 horas de curso Mindfulness Foundations, pela Mindful Schools.
. Sou iniciada de Reiki I e II pela mestre Clarice Saroni e pelo Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, mestre do Centro de Dharma da Paz, onde fui voluntária por dois anos com aplicações de Reiki.
INTERESTS
In addition to my work in graphic design and illustration, I have a keen interest in practices related to physical and mental well-being. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and, in the last six years, I have delved into meditative practices.
. I am a facilitator certified in the “Meditation and Stress Reduction” course conducted by Professor Mario Reinert.
. I am a certified teacher with 100 hours of Mindfulness training, led by senior Buddhist teacher David Nichtern in collaboration with Tibet House US and Dharma Moon.
. I have completed a 15-hour Mindfulness Foundations course through Mindful Schools.
. I am attuned to Reiki levels I and II by Master Clarice Saroni and Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, the master of the Center for Peace Dharma, where I volunteered for two years providing Reiki sessions.
